MY CAUSES

My Mission: End Animal Suffering

People ask, “What is your passion, your purpose in life?

Easy for me: To stop the suffering of all animals!

My life revolves around animals and I support many organizations that do amazing work in all parts of the world. See my list below.

GUT AIDERBICHL

My latest project is to help Gut Aiderbichl which hasshelters in Eastern Europe and in Germany and Austria with intakes from all over Europe. They do amazing work. More than 6,000 rescued animals live on their animal homes in six european countries, rescued from diverse situations. They guarantee all animals a safe and secure home until the natural end of its life. Currently, 35 different species of animals live on their farms and the animal keepers care for them 365 days a year.

ANIMAL RAHAT

Another one of my causes is Animal Rahat, a project which helps working animals in India. There are so many forgotten hard working animals!

HUMANE SOCIETY INTERNATIONAL

An organization I have immeasurable respect for is the Humane Society International. They are all over the world and are often the first on the ground when disaster strikes.

ASPCA

I also support the ASPCA - they do unimaginable hard work - right here in North America - very dedicated people. A mere 60 cents a day goes a long way.

THE ELEPHANT SANCTUARY

One of my very favourite animals is the elephant. Such gentle giants. One organization doing good work with elephants is The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee. Check them out!

PETA

And of course I also support PETA, In Defence of Animals.

If you want to get a gift for someone in your life - donate to an organization of your choice. In this day and age we all have everything we need in life. Instead of buying gift and presents, I donate in the name of whoever has a birthday. Or at Christmas. Most organizations will mail a nice card to the person in who's name you donated.

Let's all make a difference in the life of animals. Thank you!

Dogs are not our whole life,
but they make our lives whole.

PURPOSE

My purpose is to share my 25+ year journey of continous learning and breakthroughs in my quest to have healthy 4-legged companions.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy of life is clear and simple: do the absolute best you can for your fellow beings, whether they are two-legged or four-legged, and expect nothing less from those surrounding you.

Thorns may hurt you, men desert you,
sunlight turn to fog;
but you’re never friendless ever,
if you have a dog.

— Douglas Mallock (poet)
