Buckwheat Stew with Ground Beef

Ingredients:
2 tbsp coconut butter/oil
3 cups squash, cut in small cubes
1 lb ground beef
2 cups carrots, parsley, celery, sage (all together)
7 cups water or veggie broth
1 cup buckwheat
1 cup unsweetened coconut
Pulp mix (see separate recipe)

Directions:
Place first five ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Now add the buckwheat and simmer all for about 30 min.
Add pulp mix into the pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the coconut on top. Coconut is good for parasites.
