Roasted Veggies

Roasted Veggies

Generously coat 9 x 13 or 8 x8 oven proof glass dish with coconut oil.

Add the following:
Sliced Kuri and/or banana squash or any other squash
Turnip - sliced
Red/ yellow beets - sliced

Chop up sage and/or rosemary and mix with enough olive oil to coat the veggies well. Bake at about 390 F or 190 C - for about 30 min or until done.

You can sprinkle some nutritional yeast flakes on it when done.
