Tempeh Stew

Ingredients:
1 Savoy Cabbage, chopped
1/4th of a large Squash, cubed with peel on
1 bunch celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 red beet, chopped
1 kohlrabi, chopped
1 bunch kale, chopped
1 package Tempeh
Thyme
Sage
5 cups of water
1/2 cup Organic olive oil
1/2 cup yeast flakes

Directions:
Place first 10 ingredients in a large pot with the water and bring to a boil. Simmer all for about 20 min. Add olive oil and simmer. Serve with sprinkled nutritional yeast flakes which are high in Vitamin B and B Complex.
